The complex is comprised of only 37 units surrounding a beautifully maintained Landscape of luscious palms and local natural flowering plants. The Tennis Court is at your doorstep and you don't have to reserve a time slot. The 40 by 20 heated pool is centrally located in the landscaping and has depth 3.5 to 8 feet There are 2 large Tiki huts to shelter you from the sun and 1 is equipped with a large grill and tables for dining and socializing at any time. There is 1000 feet of White Sandy Beach to lay out on to soak in the sun and wade into the water to cool off your feet. the Boat and fishing dock is there for you to use on a first come basis, if our dock is full there is a full service Marina only 4 miles up the road.
