Enjoy a Kama`aina (local) experience at this mountain-view cottage, located adjacent to historic Parker Ranch, close to some of the Big Island's best restaurants, and only a short drive from world famous Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches. In beautiful uplands at the 2500 feet elevation, you may enjoy sunny 80 degree days on the lanai, or cool, rainy days in front of the fireplace as you watch the fog roll in across the ranch land. Great Mauna Kea views. The perfect Waimea town location: a small, quiet subdivision overlooking the rolling pastures of Parker Ranch with magnificent Mauna Kea rising beyond. A five-minute walk from shops and the live arts programs at Kahilu Theatre.
