The building consists of 3 so-called trulli, containing two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchenette. The rooms have been renovated, kitchenware and fresh bed linen is provided. The owners live in the house next door and offer fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables for sale.

Local beaches: The accommodation is within easy reach of the Adriatic as well as the Ionian sea (Pulsano - Metaponto) with a number of sandy and some rocky beaches.

Culture/Sightseeing: Apulia features a range of impressive Norman Romanesque cathedrals and the famous castle 'Castel del Monte', built by Frederick II. These unique sites make excellent destinations for day trips. The Salento area in particular offers a string of beautiful ancient churches, some of them hewn out of rock with Byzantine frescoes.

Local landscape: With its gentle hills, olive groves, vineyards and orchards the local landscape is ideal for cycling.

Wunderschöner Trullo....

Der Trullo ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage und Ausstattung entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Er wurde liebevoll renoviert und viele kleine Details machen den Aufenthalt dort unvergesslich. Wir haben soeben 16 unvergessliche Tage in Apulien verbracht und werden sicherlich gerne eines Tages wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Die Besitzer sind äußerst gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch, was dank der umfangreichen schriftlichen Information in deutscher Sprache kein Problem darstellt. Man erhält diese bei Buchung. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und die Region ist dank der zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten empfehlenswert. Sehr schön sind auch die lokalen Märkte, über die man informiert wird und bei denen man sich mit frischem Gemüse und Obst zu kleinsten Preisen eindecken kann. Auch das Meer ist gut zu erreichen (ca. 30 Autominuten) und so kann man wunderbar einen Kultur- und Badeurlaub verbinden. Man sollte aber in jedem Fall ein Auto haben um mobil zu sein.
Owner's Response: Das freut den Inserenten natürlich. Ich habe auch wirklich größten Wert darauf gelegt, dass die Beschreibung auch der Wirklichkeit entspricht.
