A Cozy family home located on the oldest on-mountain private residential road. 3-5 minute walk to the Shipyard Brewhaus and chairlift. Saving up your energy for the mountain? Take the free Sugarloaf on mountain shuttle from your doorstep to all of the valley’s amazing amenities. This house was built by my father in 1979. Through the years my family and friends have spent all of our winters up at this magical place, making unforgettable memories!! We want to open our home to you so you can share in the memories. Our home is great for big families/family reunions and or of course the gathering of friends. We have a basement with a ping-pong table, refrigerator and stereo. We also have a mudroom to store all of your ski/board equipment and we love dogs! Therefore dog friendly as long as they are well behaved and have fun.
