Located in southern Spandau between heath and Havel, we offer a friendly apartment for your vacation in Berlin and Potsdam. Our newly built, fully equipped apartment is situated in the district of Kladow, in the new country town of Gatow. It is an ideal starting point for visiting both the capital’s and Potsdam’s famous sights. Your apartment is located in a first class recreational area near town: the Havel’s beaches are ideal for both swimming and walking. Gross Glienicke Lake’s swimming area is just a few minutes away. Berlin’s largest golf course (18 holes) borders us, as does the Luftwaffe Museum at the old Gatow airport. Excellent bicycle paths along the Havel will take you all the way to Potsdam. The district of Kladow has managed to retain its village-like character. There is a ferry across the Wannsee lake. This is an idyllic spot at the edge of a vibrant city.

Kladow is a district in the southern municipality of Spandau. It can be reached via the number 2 highway (Bundesstraße), and it lies just 15 km from Potsdam. The town will provide for all of your daily needs, and features the new Kladow Center, lovely restaurants and an idyllic harbor west of Wannsee lake. Kladow is well connected to both Berlin and Potsdam by the 134, 135, X 34, 638 and 697 busses, as well as the BVG ferry.

Hier stimmt einfach alles...

"Wir fanden hier eine superschöne, freundliche, saubere und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt vor. Bei der ersten Besichtigung stellten wir freudig fest, das unsere Erwartungen in Bezug auf die Ferienwohnung mit allem was dazu gehört, übertroffen wurden. Hinzu kam noch das die Vermieterin eine herzensgute Seele ist, man hat hier nicht das Gefühl das es nur darauf ankommt abzukassieren, sondern hier bekommt man das Gefühl vermittelt: "Willkommen zu sein". Sie war sehr nett und stand für Fragen jederzeit gern zur Verfügung.
Leider waren wir nur 4 Tage hier, was wirklich viel zu wenig ist.
Schön war auch der nahe gelegene Groß Glienicker See mit seiner sehr guten Wasserqualität. Man ist von hier aus mit dem Auto schnell in der Innenstadt, sei es für kulturelle Erkundungen oder natürlich nicht zu vergessen, auch zum shoppen. Es war einfach traumhaft. Wir danken der Vermieterin und sagen: " Alles Gute und weiter so". Wir kommen gern wieder."

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich ein Traum! Neu und angenehm möbliert (sehr gute Betten! Keine Billig-Drahtgestell!), ruhig gelegen und komfortabel ausgestattet, hat man hier wirklich alles, was man braucht. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Erholungsmöglichkeiten finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (See zum Schwimmen, Luftwaffenmuseum, Golfplatz, etc.). Über die gute öffentliche Anbindung ist man Ruck-Zuck im Trubel der Großstadt und kann sich doch abends in der Wohnung wieder in aller Ruhe erholen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Waren einige Tage dort-würden sofort wieder dorthin.Alles was in den vorherigen Bewerungen steht,ist zutreffend.Als Ausgangspunkt für Rad-Touren oder für Besuche in Berlin wunderbar geeignet.

Tolle Lage in Berlin, Neuausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, da alles neu und gepflegt war. Die Einrichtung war freundlich und geschmackvoll. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen schönen unverbauten Blick und es war auch sehr ruhig. Sehr schön ist es auch am Hafen von Kladow, von wo aus man mit dem Linienschiff nach Wannsee und auch weiter in die Stadt fahren kann. Wir würden auch ein Fahrrad mitnehmen, da man von dort sehr interessante Touren unternehmen kann.
Die Vermieter waren nette angenehme Personen.
