Located in the Palermo Soho neighborhood —considered to be the most vibrant area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury apartment is just blocks from Plaza Serrano. It is spacious with over 861 sq. feet (80 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The view of the city both day and night is amazing. The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in 2007. The building features 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week security, 4 modern elevators, pool, and guests have access to the Observatory Deck on the 25th floor of the building. The building also has an outdoor pool and a gym and sauna. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end custom made for this apartment.
