The house is situated in the typical Provence village of Saint-Saturnin les Apt, one of the most wonderful villages of the Luberon Park. Grocery shops, cafés, restaurants and galleries are at a walking distance. Description of the house: Ground floor: kitchen, dining-room, living-room with a couch for two and WC. First floor: two bedrooms with each two single beds and a bathroom with WC. You’ll find washing machine, dishwasher and TV. There is a garden with pool and barbecue nearby.

Ursprüngliches Provence-Wohnhaus auf dem Dorf

Abseits der Touristenhochburgen mitten in einem Bergdorf der Provence gelegen. Sehr schöne Umgebung, excellenter Ausblick und gute Infrastruktur, sogar Schwimmbad im Ort. 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, voll eingerichtete Küche und Bad. Alles vorhanden, auch Waschmaschine. Parkplätze ausreichend ringsum. Sehr netter , deutschsprachiger Vermieter im Obergeschoß (mit eigenem Eingang).
einzige Nachteile: Im Haus wenig Tageslicht und keine Aussicht.
Owner's Response: Der Mieter hat vergessen zur erwähnen, dass ein Garten in der Nähe vom Haus mit privatem Schwimmbad und einen schönen Blick für Gäste zur Verfügung gibt.
Sonst stimmt alles, auch dass das Haus etwas dunkel ist. Diese alten Dorfhäuser haben einmeter dichte Wände, so dass das Haus auch im Sommer kühl bleibt, aber sicher etwas dunkel. In der Provence lebt man sowieso die meisten Zeit draussen.
