This is the cottage for you if you want to be right at the sandy beaches of Grand Bend on Lake Huron. Highly sought after quiet subdivision and your family is on the beach in less than a minute and also view the Lake from back patio. We offer a newly renovated cottage in upscale area with comfortable furniture, including new leather set in the living room, new matresses and appliances. Two large living rooms - one with gas fireplace and other one has TV with DVD, CD player plus movies and books to read. Very private back yard, plus a bricked patio complete with furniture and bbq accessed off second living/family room. Nice eat in kitchen with everything you need for your family. Two full bathrooms (1 shower & 1 Tub/Shower) 3 Bedrooms with pillows, and blankets supplied. Covered Front Porch to read the paper and Have morning coffee. NO pets, smoking, tents/trailers/ or open fires please. Bring your bikes and tour Southcott Pines. Families and mature couples . No w/ends July/Aug.

This cottage is located less than a minute to be on the sandy shores of Lake Huron. Very close to the Grand Bend Marina, Art Studios, plus lots of restaurants and golf courses, or bike around town or take the bike path to the Pinery Provincial Park. Less than 5 minutes to Huron Country Playhouse (live theatre) and car racing at the Grand Bend Motorplex, or local museum on Highway 21 South, plus a Flea Market on Sundays. Beautiful Bayfield and Exeter a 20 minute drive, Goderich 35 minutes, and city of London or Sarnia or Stratford a one hour drive.

Private beach in Southcott Pines is Sun Beach and a parking pass is supplied - very close to this cottage, plus you can walk past one house on Shoreline Drive, go left on Lake Road and you are at the beach access to Lake Huron in less than one minute. Very close for children requiring snacks or bathroom breaks. this cottage is well maintained and very clean.
