This recently completed, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is tastefully decorated with a Feng Shui influence, custom made furniture and beautiful fabrics in soothing colors. An ideal tropical retreat,, the home features a floor plan with an open living/dining area complemented with a large, vaulted, teak ceiling and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the living and dining areas, the air-conditioned master bedrooms open onto the secluded terrace and pool with private baths and king sized beds. The third bedroom is air conditioned with a private bath and four bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has a single bed and half bath. Cooling breezes gently circulate throughout the house with ceiling fans in every room for added comfort. Our Home is Located in Playa Garza Next to Playa Guiones, one of the two warmest beaches in the Pacific. The longest zipline ride in Costa Rica is nearby.. Wildlife and flowers abound. Excellent deepsea fishing and the famous Nosara Yoga Institute are minutes away. Ride horses on the beach. Delicious cuisine in casual inexpensive restaurants, plus wonderful local produce markets and limes and bananas in our garden make for culinary delights!
