Sehr gr0ßes Grundstück mit ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten Wohnung D ca. 120m2 diese Wohnung hatte keine Klimaanlage man musste die Fensterladen tagsüber gut zuhalten trotzdem war es an manchen Nächten noch sehr warm. In der Wohnung hatte man meist nur Kunstlicht , kaum Tageslicht. Die Wohnung war etwas schlecht gelüftet ( leicht muffig).Da diese Wohnung halb Edgeschoss und halb Keller liegt.Das Badezimmer ist für die große Wohnung sehr klein. ansonsten in der Wohnung Platz ohne Ende . Der Garten mit Grill ist sehr schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind 4 Stellplätze für PKW auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
Im großen und ganzen war es völlig O.K. dort . Wir würden aber das nächste mal eine Wohnung im Obergeschoß nehmen,dort ist der Ausblick natürlich viel schöner.

Urlaubsglück pur

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern mit diesem Domizil einen Glückstreffer gelandet. Waren im Sommer 2008 dort und haben mit den Vermietern super nette Leute kennengelernt, bei denen sich auch unsere Jüngste sofort wohl gefühlt hat. Die Küche ist etwas dürftig ausgestattet und die Spülmaschine wollte meine Frau nicht nutzen. Das waren die einzigen nicht so schönen Dinge. Dafür war die Herzlichkeit der Vermieter und auch deren Hilfsbereitschaft mehr als ausgleichend. Wir werden wohl versuchen den Urlaub dort zu wiederholen. Ein Grund war auch die gute Erreichbarkeit vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten mit unseren Kindern.

Gepflegtes Haus mit großem Garten

Sehr schönes Grundstück am Ortsrand, im Neubaugebiet, mit Schotterpistenanfahrt.
Sauber und gepflegt, Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Töpfe..) etwas dürftig.
Superschöner, großer Garten mit Grill.
Sehr sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter (wohnen im selben Haus).
Auto absolut notwendig!
Schöne Badebucht in ca 25 Min Fußmarschentfernung.

Schöne geräumige FeWo in ruhigem Dorf

Tolle, große Ferienwohnung im Keller eines schönen Hauses. Billiardzimmer, großer Flur und genügend Raum für 6 Leute, dazu eine schöne Terasse, Grill und Gartenmitbenutzung.
Nachteilig könnte sich das Baugebiet auswirken - Kroatien ist leider zu touristisch, als dass es ein ruhiges Fischerdorf, wie es Liznjan bisher ist, noch länger geben könnte.
Nicht zu empfehlen ist das Haus für Allergiker - bei 4 Katzen und einem Hund im Garten.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Daher - sehr zu empfehlen!
