The apartment is situated in the ground floor of an apartment house with four apartments in Osteno with an admirable view over the lake and the surrounding, picturesque villages Cima and Porlezza, as well as the mountains. The approx. 100 m² apartment has three rooms and is modernly equipped and in very good condition. It is situated directly at the lake of Lugano, and offers a private beach with direct access to the lake, a buoy and a lockable carport. It is a very peaceful and quiet location.

The old and quiet village Osteno is situated directly at the lake of Lugano. Here you won't find big hotel complexes but only old typical houses. Without a doubt, this place belongs to the most beautiful landscapes of the northern Italian sea area. The area is partly under the protection of the 'Belle Arti' (landscape protection). This is why no tourist camps or hotel complexes were built, so that you can enjoy an individual vacation in an unaltered nature.

Approach: Coming from Gotthardo or San Bernardino, you leave the motorway at Lugano-Sud and go in direction Gandria/Menaggio. After the border crossing in Oria you follow the lake via Albogasio, Valsolda, San Mamete, Cima to Porlezza. Approx. 1,5 km after the tunnel in Porlezza you go right after the first traffic lights in direction Osteno/San Fedele. Follow the lake, then it's only 6 km to Osteno.

Pets: Smaller pets are generally welcome and inclusive. If you would like to bring bigger pets (e.g. bigger dogs) please consult us first. Thank you.

Casa Laura können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Selbst unsere Kinder, die schon anspruchsvoll sind, waren sehr zufrieden.

Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wenn wir jetzt mal ihre Homepage mit den Fotos von Casa Laura aufrufen, bekommen wir alle feuchte Augen und wünschen uns, der Urlaub wäre nie zu Ende gegangen.

Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, der Ausblick auf den See morgens, mittags, abends oder nachts ist mit Geld nicht zu bezahlen. So schön und immer wieder anders.

Das Wasser war sehr klar und hat zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Auch für Ihre vielen Tipps zum Einkaufen und für unsere Unternehmenungen möchten wir uns nochmals bedanken.

Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und zehren noch lange von den schönen Erinnerungen an unseren See!
