Two levels of elegance and style appoint this comfortable townhouse in Lake Village, Nevada. The kitchen is equipped with custom cabinets and upscale stainless steel appliances.

The living area is spacious with two seating areas, one in front of the fireplace and another around the large TV. Downstairs, there is also a bedroom/office suite with access to a full bath. Upstairs, two bedroom suites sharing a bath. In Lake Village you have access to a pool(open in summer) as well as a common area spa and sauna (open year round).

There are also tennis courts, extra parking and access to hiking and bike trails next door.
