Villa el Oasis nestles privately within its own lush green garden. The closest beach is 600m. The prettiest bay is 1 km away. The owner, a creative designer, has created a real Oasis of Paradise for those who want to relax in very attractive surroundings, which is why the capacity is limited to six people. The pool area is surrounded by palm trees, bougainvilleas, hibiscus, oleander and citrus trees- with covered and open terraces for sun and shade. A mixture of modern furniture, antiques, prints and oil paintings give a pleasant impression of casual luxury. The modern kitchen is well equipped, which combined with the choice of dining areas both inside and alfresco style with built-in barbecue and beautiful big tile-tables are perfect for long lazy dinner parties. The entrance is a very old in Spanish-American wide wooden gate in the 200 m long from natural stones built wall. This wall secluded the 30000qm land of this property.

Notes: The house is tastefully decorated with a mixture of modern furniture and antiques which give a pleasing overall impression of casual luxury; original photographs, lithos and oil paintings adorn many of the walls. The wide covered barbecue area is just outside the kitchen and has a large stone tiled Spanish table with 6 comfortable director-chairs, just around the corner from the pool area. On the wide covered front terrace are two round tables of tropical wood and 7 loom chairs. At the swimming pool area is a huge round tile-table with 4 plastic chairs and 4 sun chairs. The sauna is only in function in winter.

We offer a built-in barbecue, Satellite TV, CNN, CNBC and 40 German canals. Air-conditioning is available at night (extra) in all the bedrooms. The kitchen has a microwave-combination, hot air grill, oven with grill, 4 pits stove, freezer, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Cot and cot linen are available on request (extra). Arrival pack is included.

Location: It is located 600 m from the beach in a rural area. There are many small beaches and little romantic bays along the coast. It is 2 km from the village San Juan de los Terreros. There are restaurants, big supermarket (very international orientated). The location is at 10 km from Aguilas, all facilities. Harbour and old English railroad station is in Lorca and Murcia. 35 km from Mojacar, all facilities, beach. It is 110 km from airport Almeria and 180 km from airport Allicante. Many golf links are less then 30 km around. There are many possibilities for short trips in the untouched inland of Andalusia.

Vom Urlaubstraum zum Traumurlaub

Hinter uneinsehbaren Natursteinmauern und einem riesigen, alten Holztor haben wir sie gefunden. Unsere Oase. Genau genommen natürlich nicht unsere Oase, sondern die von Dick und Kisser. Was das Besitzerehepaar hier aus dem Nichts geschaffen hat, ist das Palmenparadies auf Erden. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch die beiden haben wir eine Führung durch die Villa bekommen: Frische Blumen auf den Betten in den romantischen Schlafzimmern und ein Begrüßungspaket mit Oliven, Wein und vielen anderen kleinen Leckereien. Die Liebe liegt hier im Detail: Antiquitäten, Originalgemälde), Designer-Möbel aus verschiedenen Epochen und die nagelneue, hochmoderne Küche mit Kochinsel machen die Villa zu einem Haus der ganz besonderen Art. Gemütliche Lesestunden auf der schattigen großzügigen Terrasse oder eine Abkühlung in dem herrlich klaren großen Pool, in dem unsere Kinder ihre ersten Schwimmversuche gemacht haben. Ein ausgedehntes Frühstück in einer der vielen gemütlichen Sitzecken im Garten. Oder ein Ausflug an einen der zahlreichen Strände und Buchten in der Umgebung. Unbedingt ausprobieren: 800 Meter von El Oasis entfernt die palmengesäumte Bar am Strand vor dem Calypso-Hotel in San Juan de los Terreros!. Hier findet jeder was er sucht: die fast atemberaubende Ruhe in El Oasis oder ein bisschen mehr Trubel auf einem der Märkte in den umliegenden Ortschaften. Wer einmal in der "Villa El Oasis" Urlaub gemacht hat, wird es wieder tun. Danke, Dick und Kisser für diese unvergesslichen Ferien! Bis zum nächsten Jahr!
Owner's Response: Wir finden es herrlich um solche Familien zu begegnen und behilflich zu sein wenn sie fragen haben oder kleine Ausflüge tips wünschen. Manchmal sind die Wünschen verschieden aber da wir schon länger in Spanien wohnen wissen wir natürlich viel angenehme Buchten oder Stränden oder kleine Restaurants und Einkaufmärkten in umliegende Dörfer. Wenn Gäste wieder kommen ist es doch ein bischen "zu Hause kommen" Man kann natürlich nicht alles in eine Woche oder 14 Tagen besuchen oder unternehmen. Aber in dieser Ruhige Gegend ist alles so nah. Zb.11 km nordlich nach Aguilas( auch kann man hier heute kleine Segelboten mieten, type Lasers), entlang herrliche Strandbuchten ohne Häuser zu sehen ist eine Seltenheit. Und nach dem Süden 14 km nach Villaricos auch fast total frei von Häuser entlang eine schöne buchtige Bergweg mit kleine versteckte Sandbuchten mit Parkplätze wo man sehr schön schnorkeln kann und wunderbare Aussichten hat bis zu Aguilas und Mojacar und weiter. Wir freuen uns immer wenn Gäste uns mal wieder besuchen.

Die Oase, die wir suchten, fanden wir hier. Eure Oase bringt hoffentlich noch vielen anderen die Möglichkeit, Spanien von Almeria bis Murcia zur Sierra Nevada so beeindruckend kennen zu lernen wie wir. Danke, Familie Meyer *** Leider müssten wir dieses Paradies verlassen, dieses erfrischende und schöne El Oasis, liebevoll betreut von Dick & Kisser, unseren fantastischen Gastgebern. Familie Haider, London *** Die Villa von Kisser & Dick finden wir ausgesprochen schick. Fernab von allem städtischen Trubel fanden wir hier unsere absolute Ruhe. Der Sternschnuppenhagel war für uns in der Nacht ein großes Spektakel. Wir konnten entspannen und kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder. Vielen Dank, Familie Müller, Esslingen ***
