Our beautiful holiday home is located on the sunny island of Usedom. It lies in the fishing village of Kaminke right beside the small Szczecin Lagoon (small sandy beach availably at approx. 500 m). The three seaside resorts of the 'Kaiserbäder', Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin can be reached within approx. 15-20 minutes. The holiday home is approx. 90 qm large and boasts a well-equipped built-in kitchen (with baking oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer and dishwasher), a bedroom, a children’s room, a large bathroom with shower and bath tub and a separate guest-WC. In addition, there is a large living room with dinette and a terrace facing south-west. A TV-set and a car parking space is also available. The country home is furnished for 4-5 persons.

In this lovingly furnished house, you can reach the living room equipped with a seating arrangement for 6 persons, TV and radio from the hall. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooking range with oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. The dining table with seating for 5 forms the partition to the living room. Furthermore, a guest-WC and a storage room is situated in the ground floor. The bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, another bedroom with 2 single-beds (extra bed can be provided) form the attic. At home, you can enjoy the summer evenings on the terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. A parking space for your car is provided. There is a summer house in the garden where you can park your bicycles and store other things.

Vom Ferienhaus her das Beste, was ich je hatte. Werde ich auch bestimmt noch mal buchen. Die einzige Einschränkung: fehlende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort. Man muß schon ein Auto haben zum Einkaufen.
