Experience pure recreation in a house full of style surrounded by a huge property in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Tyrolean Alps. The house is divided in two separate living areas corresponding to 200 m2 of living space. The house is on 3 levels with a panorama view of the mountains. There is one half that is available for rent. Please see the pictures. It is tastefully furnished and suitable for anyone, who likes to enjoy a relaxing period in a beautiful and healthy mountainous environment. As the location is calm, surrounded by fields and garden, it is also very suitable for children.

Notes: All sleeping rooms are very generous in there size and the beds are very comfortable. As the basement is almost a living unit by itself with one living room, one bedroom a kitchen and a bathroom, it is ideal to travel with friends. In the first floor you have a sleeping room, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a bathroom. In the second floor, you have two sleeping rooms under the roof.

Summer Activities: As the house is surrounded by mountains, you have excellent slopes for wandering, tracking and mountain biking. There is a nice swimming pool 10 min away by car very suitable for children. The house is situated in a very calm area that allows children to play around and feel safe in the natural environment. You can rent bikes at a bike rental 10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Food & Beverages: There are several nice restaurants around the area of Innsbruck where a list can be made available to you. A supermarket with excellent quality and a huge variety of products is within a 5 minute walk from the house.

Services for the housekeeping: A very friendly housemaid can be organised at your convinience.

Ski: Oberperfuss is very near (20 min. by car) to four of very well known ski resorts in Austria. Kühtai, Lizum, Seefeld & Stubaithal. 200m behind the house, 3 skilifts bring you up to 1500 m where you or your children can also enjoy ski lessons during the day. Professional ski teachers take very well care of you and your children in a half or full day ski course. A ski rental location is within a 10 minute walk from the house.

Golf: Beautiful golf course (18 holes ) in the mountain area of Igls. 20 minutes by car.
