This rental home has plenty of secure curbside parking in a safe neighborhood with long time, kind residents living near by. Owner welcomes you upon arrival; then shows you the ways of the home and, should it be requested, can help with any questions relating to the surrounding City. If you would like a few basic food items to be purchased prior to your arrival; there are reasonable rates for organic and/or non-organic products, please ask for more details. For guests using public transport; there are buses within short walking distance (2 to 4 blocks) running frequently in all four directions. There are also children's play areas, parks, fields and natural walking trails for jogging or walking in the neighborhood, only one block from the front door.
