This fully detached house was built in 1970 in a typical northern Frisian style. It has a large living/dining room with a unique panoramic view of the mud-flats of the North Sea and their ebb and flow. It is situated between the villages Kampen and List, which both offer all shopping facilities and lovely restaurants. The distance between the house and the mud-flat beach are 100 meters and between the house and the off-shore beach are 15 minutes, which go through beautiful dune-landscapes(quicker with a bicycle).
