It has both a king master and king guest master with en-suite bathrooms, 2 twin rooms and a queen bedroom that share a bath. The master bedroom & spacious family room lead out to a large covered Lanai w lighting & two ceiling fans, a private south facing pool, spa and over sized deck area with separate pool half bath and outdoor shower. Everyone will love the game room with pool table, air hockey and a large Cable TV with DVD Player, PS2 & games. The Villa has been updated with a vibrant color scheme, professionally decorated and furnished.   • A Non Refundable Booking deposit of $250 is required to secure the dates requested, (credited to your total bill).
    A further Security Deposit of $350 is required with the Payment of your final balance. This will be returned after a post check out inspection by the local Management Company
  • Cleaning- For Stays of less than 7 nights a $90.00 Cleaning Fee will be accessed.
    Pool Heat- Pool Heat is available (recommended October - May) at a charge of $35.00 per night or $200.00 per week.

  • The villa has five good size bedrooms, a master suite (King) with direct access to the pools lanai, with an en suite bath consisting of a large walk-in shower, over sized roman bath, his and hers vanity units and separate toilet area. This suite is equipped with a 37' flat screen LCD TV with built in DVD player, radio alarm, telephone and walk in closet. The guest master (King) also has its own en suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and vanity unit. This room also has a 24' flat screen LCD TV with built in DVD player, radio alarm and telephone. Bedrooms three and four are set up with two twin beds in each room. Both rooms are equipped with remote cable TVs with DVD players. Bedroom five is a Queen bedded room and features a 24' flat screen LCD TV with built in DVD player. These bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit and ceramic tile floor.
