This large home nestled in the woods provides an ideal spot to watch wildlife strolling through the rolling hills behind the house. The rustic furnishing evolves a true Up-North feeling welcoming guest to set-back and unwind. This affordable home host five bedrooms/ three baths and is great for family retreats or large groups up to 10. The main level includes a large great room w/ fireplace, formal dining room, two bedrooms, bthrm and kitchen. The great room opens to a side deck with a BBQ. A hot tub off the patio is great for relaxing after a day of golf or skiing. The lower level enjoys a second fireplace, pool table and card table. Guest enjoy the amenities of Birchwood that includes 27 holes of golf, 10 tennis courts, heated pool, fitness center, Pro Shop and dining. Special golf rates are available for guest staying seven nights or more. There are miles of walking trails, cross-country skiing in the winter with Boyne Mountain and Nub’s Nob just 15 minutes away.

Guest will have the opportunity to enjoy the recently renovated Club House which includes new dining facilities, new Pro Shop and new fitness center with an extensive selction of workout equipment. Birchwood has three outstanding golf courses and has been referred to as the 'Masters of the North'. It has ten tennis courts, heated pool and mini playground for kids. There are miles of walking trails which are groomed in the winter for cross counrty skiing and snowshoeing.
