Ocean front condominium located in a small private gated community. Only 90 apartments in complex most are not occupied during week. Unit has ocean view from patio and master bedroom. Located on nicest beach in all of Puerto Rico. Building is only a few years old and unit was completely redone this year. 24 hour guard service, 2 private parking spaces. Fully furnished including beach chairs and towels, satellite TV, barbecue grill. Swimming pool. Washer/dryer in unit.
