Nestled within a rare 1.62 acre waterfront parcel offering 220 ft. of beautiful direct lake frontage. An ideal location, with close proximity to the quaint villages of Leland and Lake Leelanau, it offers the vacation of a lifetime! This home features 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, family room, den and game room with pool table plus large eat in family kitchen and separate dining room. Bedrooms include: Master suite has a king, BR2 has a queen, BR3 has a queen, BR4 has 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin, BR5 has 1 queen, 1 double and 1 twin. In addition, there is a queen sofa bed in upstairs family room and also a queen airbed if necessary. A baby bed can be provided if needed. This home will easily accommodate 16 without having to use the sofa sleeper or airbed. Perfect for large groups!
