4 bedroom home all on one level, luxury and comfort throughout, flatscreens in all the bedrooms, hi speed wireless access throughout, 60 inch with surround sound HDTV, gourmet kitchen, six burner stove and griddle and two ovens, ice machine, laundry washer and dryer. Cappuccino machine, etc. Outside full outdoor kitchen kegger, tw in burner, flat screen TV at the BBQ, 4 zone out side surround system TV. Lower patio looks onto the window in the infinity edge, watch your friends dive in and wave to you, on the lower patio by the 2nd firepit. Main patio look over the infinity pool towards Pinnacle peak and enjoy the sunset in the reflection pool, 35ft pool 9.5 ft deep, or basque in the 10 person spa then hop out to dry by the firepit on the main patio, need drama light the woks at the infinity edge. Watch the game while BBQ is cooking around the bar outside in the evening Priceless.

Master suite 2 with flatscreen has a couch desk and computer that you can use to connect to the web, also control the pool from there as well as a mobile controller in the house Guest room 3 is queen with flat screen room its bathroom doubles as the Pool bathroom and is ensute, so you can walk straight out to the pool from here. Guest room 4 is queen with flatscreen only one that has separate bath room but is directly across the hallway.

Inside gourmet sub zero Wolf kitchen, ice machine six burner stove and griddle. Cappuccino machine make your favorite coffee, twin ovens. surround sound 60 inch DLP TV. outside surround sound three zones and upstairs on patio. TV flatscreen at BBQ watch your favorite shows and videos while BBQ your dinner, Keg outside (tell us your favorite beer) wine fridge, BBQ 54' sear, and 4 burners, rotisserie, and twin burner. Pizza stone provided seats 8 or more use chairs from breakfast bar inside 4 and two additional hi bar chairs. All bedrooms have flat screen TV. all dish full channel line up and DVR. Wireless hi speed internet.

Backs onto McDowell Mountain Park: Great Mountain biking at Mc Dowell Mountain Park which is walkable access front the house, wildlife is plentiful and horses roam freely through the neighborhood. Pinnacle peak Park is just up the road for hiking etc. alternatively for hiking and fishing go east on Dynamite and access the Rio Verde River park, good for fishing and picnics etc.

5 star restaurnats just minutes away: If food is your thing, Painted Horse is 5 mins drive as is Sassi and Mosaic, Acacia at the Four Seasons all hi end, then Gian Francos for 5 star Italian traditional, Burgers, some like the Greaswood flat experience eat like a cow hand, or the Build your own blu burger experience, another 5 minutes you have Mastros Prime Steaks, go and people watch, check out the Ferraris and Lamborginis, also Pane E VIno and Nicks to name a few, travel a few more mins to DC Ranch another array of restaurants, Eddy V's again Prime Steaks, Sunday brunch try the lunch box. another 5 minutes and your at Kierland commons with numerous Fox Concept restaurants, more prime steak restaurants etc.
