This home is also steps to the Sea Pines Ocean Golf Course and the new Heron Point golf course. This home is perfect for family reunions and corporate retreats. The home features a large spacious living room and family room with great separation for ideal entertaining. You will find a beautiful eat-in kitchen along with a separate formal dining room. There are also two separate outdoor eating areas off the many decks/patios where you will find an over-sized stainless gas grill.
