All bedrooms, family room, living room, office have 45' Plasma TV's on the walls. Private pool/Jacuzzi, BBQ, sun bathing chairs and couches. Private Office has 'theater type' seating with 5 computer work-stations all hooked up to Broadband internet. State of the art gym treadmill, bike, weights and aerobic workstation. Every bedroom comes with its own bathroom and walk in closets. A Beautiful park 50 feet away from our home. A short 1.5 mile drive down the hill reveals downtown Laguna Beach and its world renowned restaurants, art galleries and shopping. Very peaceful and upscale neighborhood with panoramic views of the Saddleback Mountains and city lights...and much more! Playground, tennis court, basketball court and open grass area.
