This 4,000 square foot Mediterranean style estate villa located directly on the beach in South Jaco includes open air private pool, two dining rooms (one located outside and covered between the pool and ocean), patio and courtyards that are within walking steps to the Pacific Ocean. The architecture of the Villa has many Spanish and Tuscan style accents incorporated with the use of Nicaraguan wood, local rock, teak and cypress. The Villa accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, two kitchens making it comfortable for couples to share or large families. The Master Suite includes a King size four poster bed, large, private oversized bathroom with separate bathtub and double-headed shower, direct access to the open air dining area, and 42'' plasma television with DVD and mini fridge. The Master Suite has direct access to the ocean view terrace. The Guest Cottage is a suite all by itself... with a Queen size bed, private kitchenette, living room and large, rock bathroom.
