Traditional style Mexican villa on one of the largest properties in Conchas Chinas (the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta, just South of the Town center) offering unparalleled privacy and beautiful views of the bay and sunsets. The villa offers open style living with a pool, sund deck area and two cupolas, one for dinners (seats 10) and the other for drinks and refreshments by the sun deck. There are several seating areas, including an indoor dining area for 12, four areas on the veranda with seating for 15, and a sund deck with 10 lounges and a table with parasol and 6 chairs. The villa is situated on the hills of Conchas Chinas within easy walking distance to beaches (10 minutes), old town (20 minutes) and the center of town (35 minutes).

Puerto Vallarta is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico, North of Acapulco, SE from Cabo San Lucas, and due West from Guadalajara. It is located on the 6th largest bay in the world, created by a volcanic eruption a long time ago. The city is surrounded by high hills with rain tree forests creating a lush and beautiful environment. At present the population is about 300,000 with most of the growth occurring North of the town center.
