A a two bedroom it comes with one bathroom and two bedrooms, the double living room and full kitchen, and two bedrooms each with a Queen and one bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a deck and private entry.
As a three bedroom it has double living room open to large kitchen and two bathrooms. Also includes the back decks off two of bedrooms. All three rooms have Queen beds and two rooms have deck entries.
The little studio has a private entrance though the garden and has small deck space. Located on Sunset Point. Everything is new. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

THIS IS A NON- SMOKING property FOR QUIET RESPECTFUL GUESTS. No gatherings beyond the guests staying in the House are allowed on the property. Renters can only have one car as there is no street parking. House are close and no one welcomes cigarette smoke blowing into their homes. Please walk to the beach to smoke. This is a serious matter and if your a serious smoker or serious drinker please look elsewhere.
