Escape to the beautiful beaches of South Lido Key. A charming condo that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico (50 yards from the water) that has been recently renovated. See dolphins daily and beautiful birds. Close to St. Armands Circle for shopping and dinning. Main street Sarasota has a variety of shops, theaters, galleries, and diverse selection of international dining. Wonderful community of people in our small complex that provides social opportunities.

No dogs or animals allowed.: This condominium complex is quite unique to Lido Key. Its grandfathered status that you can rarely be this close to the water. Rental of the unit must be a minimum of one month. The association limits rentals to only 2/per year. It is therefore in the interest of owners to rent to those who desire longer stays (2 months or more).

The complex has 56 units including 16 villas. Two separate buildings are each four stories high and we are located on the 3rd floor. There is a elevator.

Sarasota and her islands proximity on the Gluf Coast lend many opoportunities for exciting day trips. Such as Anna Maria Island, big Cat rescue, Bush gardens, Edison and Ford Winte Estates, Hermann's Royal Lipizzan Stallions, Myakka Wildlife tours, and much more. And local activities in Sarasota incluse Ringling Museum of Art, the Sarasota Ballet, Sarasota Opera, Selby Galleries, Sarasota Orchestra and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.
