This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home has a 2 car garage and a large screened lanai overlooking a pond with fountain only steps from the ocean. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second and third bedrooms have queen beds. Large Gourmet eat-in-kitchen with table for 4, breakfast bar for 3 with all the conveniences and small appliances you have at home. Granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher refrigerator, glass top stove with convection oven. Dining room seats 6. Great room with fireplace, high ceilings throughout. All in a gated community. Enjoy the community heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sauna, gym, playground and a 3 tier private beach pavilion overlooking the ocean and sunsets on the intracoastal. This charming beach home has it all with a short walk to all the amenities and private beach.
