Carefully decorated, the apt is furnished with stately 18th-century Swedish Gustavian and French antique furniture and Murano chandeliers. The living rm/kitchen occupies the corner along the avenue and enjoys the finest views of the bustling, fascinating life of Boulevard Beaumarchais. Compact but fully equipped, it features modern appliances, new cabinets and granite counter. The bathroom has a Miele washer/dryer. 2 of us stayed here for a wonderfully comfortable, long weekend. The heating was perfectly toasty, which was exactly what was needed as it was freezing outside. Very convenient and very quiet. Unfortunately, i think the bakery on the corner next door has to be one of the best in Paris. Especially for the croissant almond. OMG.
Really a very well run and organized apartment to stay in. Everything exceptionally clean. Linens and towels wonderful. Thank you!

A Perfect Romantic Retreat

This apartment is perfect for a romantic retreat in Paris! I especially like its proximity to the very hip eleventh arrondissement, as well as the lovely Place des Vosges. The farmer's market around the corner on Boulevard Richard-Lenoir on Thursday and Sunday is amazing. The apartment's office is also great for business and writing. Quiet, clean, charming, convenient -- and pretty views! Plus, the owner is extremely nice and provides a warm welcome. I highly recommend staying here!

One of the most beautiful apartments I have ever seen. Amazing location, gorgeous space, and great attention to detail. Really, you can't find a better place to stay in Paris. Has everything--location, sophistication, elegance, space. Perfect, either for work or vacation.

in the heart of paris, we arrived to a place with every possible amenity, all done with great style and with an eye to comfort! the swedish antiques and beds are extremely comfortable, it is extremely clean, and the appliances new and of the highest quality.

with unbelievable views from 7 french doors, we felt like we were in a tree house as we gazed down onto the boulevard and Parisian life through the leafy green canopies.

the best croissants ever are in the historic bakery just across the street and it is only a 2 minute walk to an open air market. the neighborhood overflows with cool French restaurants (and French people, not too touristy), book stores, museums and great shops.

words can't express how great it was to be based in stylish Paris perch!
