Notes: The condo has a light and airy feel which features brand new carpet throughout the whole condo and new tile on the lanai. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with over sized closets, private full bathroom, and window over looking the pool and canals. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of closet space, and access to a separate full bathroom. The living room has plenty of seating including two full sofas and one is equipped with a full sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, and CD/AM/FM/Stereo player with speakers. The dining area is located directly off the fully-equipped, modern, and spacious kitchen. The kitchen has a pass through bar which can be open and more seating available in the kitchen nook or closed for additional privacy. All linens provided. Washer and dryer in condo. Beach Equipment (chairs and umbrella and carrier) are also included. This is a non-smoking unit.
