A house with 8 2-rooms-apartments and one 4-rooms-apartment by the lake, with a swimming-pool and a meadow. The dimensions of the apartments are about 32 sqm per 2-rooms-apartment. All 2-rooms-apartments have a bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, a living room with a couch, a kitchen with 2 electric cooker elements, a big balcony with a view of the lake and with a table and chairs. The apartments are all located on the first or on the second floor which are connected with a spiral staircase. Max. for 3 people. The 4-rooms-apartment is divided into the following parts: on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with 4 electric cooker elements, a WC and a big balcony. On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and a WC. Max. for 6 people.

We are located in the north of Italy in the province of Novara (region of Piedmont), that is between Arona and Sesto Calende, in the village of Castelletto Ticino, where you find the typically mild climate of the southern part of the Lago (= lake) Maggiore. Our vacation houses are in an isolated estate. The estate’s name is “Villaggio Verbanella” and it is situated by the lake. Only 1 km from the estate there is a big shopping center with a supermarket, a clothes shop (which is also open 24 hours on Sundays), a bowling center with 24 tracks, billiard rooms, table tennis, slot machines and a cinema with 9 halls. There are boatyards nearby where you can park your boats. There are several golf courses nearby: Arona (1 km away with 9 holes), Castellconturbia (10 km away with 27 holes) and Bogogno (15 km away with 36 holes).
