Beautiful oceanfront townhouse. Summerhouse is located on Florida's northeast coast, the 25 acre property borders Ft. Matanzas National Park, private luxury homes, migratory bird sanctuary and just minutes south of historic St. Augustine with it's pedestrian old city center and fort. Just south of St. Augustine Beach. We have been staying at Summerhouse for over 25 years, vacationing with our children and now our wonderful grandchildren - best place to be with the family!
