These houses are situated in Narbonne-Plage, in the new neighbourhood 'Les Foulquines Basses', 700 metres from shops, not far from 'Le Massif de La Clape' (natural protected list), 400 metres from the sandy beach, spacious and very comfortable 4-room villa, semi-detached, built in 2002-03. There is a terrace behind and in front of the villa with garden furniture. There is also a garage. The houses sleep up to 6 people. The houses are furnished, bed linen is available. On the ground floor is a living room with sitting area and dining area, a hi-fi stereo, a kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, a dishwasher, a big fridge/deep freezer) and a washing machine. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bath and double wash hand basin and a toilet.
