Very nice place

My family and I enjoyed a lot our stay in this apartment. It is well located in the Old Montreal in a plan area and within a few steps from the subway. The apartment is very confortable with all the amenities one needs to feel at home. The only issue was the lack of a supermarket in the neighbourhood in case you intend to cook or something else. Maybe I did not look at the right places. It was my first trip to Montreal and for sure I would stay in this apartment again.

Fabulous place close to everything!

My husband and I stayed here with a friend to enjoy a long weekend in Montreal. It was lovely, comfortable, and close to everything. The condo was nicely laid out, and it was quiet and private. The owner, Alain, was very flexible and helpful, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Host

My family and I chose this condo for it's location near the old city. Incredibly easy to find (we drove up via Vermont), the condo was the perfect jumping off point for our visit to Montreal. It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a great kitchen island where we ate breakfast together, looked at maps and played cards. The most valuable part of our stay however, was Alain, our host, who was kind, responsive, and made renting a completely seamless experience - meeting us at the condo when we arrived, showing us the details of the building, and giving us recommendations on restaurants and places to visit, and giving us his cell phone number in case we had any trouble while we were in the city. The condo was convenient and very comfortable, and Alain made us feel totally at home. I would definitely recommend this rental.
One thing for renters to note is that the condo is a one bedroom (with a VERY comfortable pull out couch to sleep more) - however the walls of the bedroom do not reach the ceiling, so sound travels easily between bedroom and living room.

Montreal apt getaway

We had a wonderful time in Montreal - and this apartment helped make the trip that much better. Our host, Alain, was most helpful in providing us direction and having a delightful airy, clean place for us. It was centrally located to Olde Montreal and all of Montreal. Thank you!

Great Hotel Alternative Steps From Old Montreal

My husband, 8 year old and I enjoyed using this condo as our home base in Montreal. It was very well-equipped, clean and bright. We were able to walk to eateries, art galleries, the Basilica and Science Centre, and many shops. Also, we could access our car in the underground parking for longer excursions. Alain was an excellent host, very accommodating and just a phone call away (not that we needed to call him, but it was nice to know we could). We would highly recommend this condo!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
