This historic Cape Cod home originally built in 1810 was expanded and completely updated in the 1990's. Uniquely designed, the house has two distinct living sections which are connected by the Kitchen located in the middle of the house. Privately set back off the road with easy access to the Cape Cod National Seashore paths and beaches, this traditional Cape house offers charm throughout and is completely relaxing in every way!

  • The first Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the new section of the house just above the Family Room. Both are close to a Full bath located on the same level and have one Full size bed in each. The other three bedrooms are located on the other side of the house built in 1810. One is downstairs with a Queen Size bed and private half bath. The other Two are on the second floor, an easy climb up the house’s original steep staircase. The larger of the two has a King size bed and the smaller one has a Single/Twin bed. It should be noted that there is no bathroom on the second floor on this side of the house, however there is a Full Bath just below on the first floor.

Plenty of Space: The house has plenty of extra space including a bright sun room with comfortable seating, an office area with a small desk as well as an outdoor deck with dining table and chairs. Plenty of places to find a quiet spot to sit in the sun, read a book or sneak in some work on your laptop.

Located close to the National Seashore Preserve: There is an Old Cart Path just in back of the house property which leads into the National Seashore Preserve paths and eventually to Longnook Beach. It can be a long walk for some, but well worth it!
