My unit is a very spacious 900 square feet on the ground floor (a ramp from the parking area and no steps into the unit make it handicap accessible). It is flooded with sunlight, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Being a New York City interior designer, I selected the furniture, art and finishes to reflect an island serenity and theme without resorting to the tacky cliché of tropical pastels and prints. All of these elements blend harmoniously with the unimpeded ocean views from the 22'+ expanse of glass composed of new, insulated and soundproof, double sliding doors.
