The medieval property is located on the foothills of the Dolomites at about 500 m above sea level in the most forested region in Italy. The original character of this piece of land invites you to relax far from usual tourism. The Casa is located above the small village of Laverda (5 minute drive). There you will find a few small grocery shops and two restaurants and a pizzeria. Due to the central location of the house, it is possible to see a lot of cities (Venice, Padua, Verona, Treviso, Vicenza) within about a one hour drive. At the same time, you can also get to High Alps, the sea or to different small lakes (for example, Lago di Caldonazzo). Nearby you will find medieval cities (Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, Thiene, Asolo), parks and villas (built by Palladi) to visit. For athletic guests, there are optimal options for mastering the mountains by bike or mountain bike.

The apartment has a private entrance and is about 100 m2. The house door immediately opens into the large eat-in kitchen, just as is usual in many Italian houses. From the kitchen, you get to the bathroom with a shower, a bedroom and a very large living room. The kitchen is very comfortably equipped (gas stove, countless kitchen devices, granite countertops). In the bedroom you will find a double bed and two more sleeping accommodations (mobile bed sofas with spring mattresses) are in the living room. The living room is accentuated through the open fireplace and the countless windows that are located on both walls of the house and offer a stunning view of the valley. In the garden, cozy seats are distributed on multiple sun patios with a view into the valley. Parking options are available at the house.

Wir können dieses Domizil allen Interessierten nur empfehlen,
da es nicht nur sauber und gepflegt, sondern auch mit viel Liebe und
zahlreichen ästhetischen Details eingerichtet ist. Der Blick aus dem Fenster im Wohnraum ist nicht nur schön sondern auch beruhigend.
Die Wegbeschreibung und die Beschreibung des Domiziles ist sehr gut.
Die Betreung während des Aufenthaltes und die Beratung bezügl.
möglicher Wanderwege oder von besuchenswerten Orten, Restaurants
usw. ist von Kenntnis und Einfühlungsvermögen für den Gast gekennzeichnet. Deutsches und italienisches Fernsehprogramm ist vorhanden. Zum Erholen und Relaxen sehr gut geeignet.
Venedig oder Padua zu besuchen ist immer lohnenswert und gut erreichbar. Wer gut Essen und Trinken möchte ist in der richtigen
Gegend. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Predemaule ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetet Haus und perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und schöne Aussichten schätzen. Der hübsche Garten lädt zum stundenlangen Verweilen ein. Wandern, Entspannen sowie Städtetrips lassen sich dort mühelos kombinieren. Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Anwesen nach italienischen Stil!

Beautiful setting, close to much

This is a great apartment. It is up a mountain road. All the major sites of the Veneto can be reached easily from it within 1-2 hours driving or by a combination of driving and train (from Bassano). One can also drive up into the mountains by following the road further up beyond the apartment. The host is wonderfully friendly and helpful. We were treated to fresh wax beans and zucchini from his garden!
