Escape to the sunshine! This home is located just one mile from downtown Pagosa Springs with 180 degrees of stunning Continental Divide views. Three comfortable bedrooms (king, double, and two twins) sleep six and two sofas fold out to make room for four more. One of the sofas is in the office area off of the dining room and the doors can be closed to make a private fourth bedroom. The living room is comfortable with both a fireplace (wood is provided) and a flat screen television with a DVD player and cable. You'll have the option of enjoying Pagosa's many restaurants or of staying in and taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Out the back door you will find a deck outfitted with a gas grill, patio dining furniture, and a private eight person hot tub. Don't be misled by our affordable rates. This home is newly remodeled, well appointed and we are proud to be able to offer a budget minded, family friendly vacation option. So spend less, and stay longer!

Great family rental

We just spent a few days at this great Pagosa Springs vacation rental. We have a family of six and it exceeded all expectations. Great mountain views and the house is close to dining and the grocery store. The owners are very friendly. This was our first trip not using a conventional hotel/resort and this is definitely the way to go. The sunrise from the deck in the morning is priceless. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a trip to Pagosa Springs or skiing at nearby Wolf Creek this a great place to stay.
