Notes: On the 1100 sqm property with a living space of 140 sqm and 135 sqm terrace there are located: 5 bedrooms for 10 persons, 3 bathrooms, a completely furnished kitchen with dish washer and a large living- and dining room with a cosy fireplace. You find 2 parking-spaces and sufficient storage possibilities on the cellar-basement. From March till November the swimming-pool is solar-heated, whereas warm water within the house is produced by solar-energy all year round. The dwellings have modern central-heating. The 10 beds are equipped with harden-adjustable slat-rusts and nature-latex-mattresses (bed linen available on request). Of course, there are washing-machine, sat-TV, radio and CD-player at the your disposal. In order to avoid traffic-jams the journey-day could be Sunday after arrangement.
