The guest house is located in southern Fuerteventura with sun from sunrise to sunset, about 800m from the Costa Calma beach. The veranda, terrace and garden give an impressive view of this and the adjacent Playa de Sotavento. Due to the location on the edge of the tourism zone (cul de sac), your nightly rest will not be disturbed by discos or animation from hotels. However, the tourism centre with supermarkets, many shops, banks, restaurants and the Sunday market can be reached quickly. Nearby you will also find a German doctor and dentist office. A wide nature preservation area begins behind the guest house reaching to the north coast. The distance from the airport, near the island capital of Puerto del Rosario, is about 60 km. By car, you need about 50 minutes for this on the well built streets.

The Costa Calma marks the smallest part of the island with a width of 4 km. On the connecting high plateau, the path goes to the coast. Just as enchanting is the party along the coast. About 30 km to Morro Jable. Beach kiosks provide for a good selection of food and drinks while on-the-go. The light sand and the nearly exclusively shallow beaches with comfortable water temperatures invite you to swim while on the go.

Angaben im Online- Inserat trafen alle zu, Klimaanlage war aber nur gegen Aufpreis zu Nutzen, Vermieter war bei Bedarf immer erreichbar, auch war die Vorbereitung gut; dieses Haus ist für Urlauber die Ruhe suchen und ein Mietwagen haben empfehlenswert, die empfohlenen Restaurants des Vermieters waren auch empfehlenswert
