Enjoy this modern multi family home that is located on Powder Ridge in Newry Maine and is only 3 miles to Sunday River. The house features a gorgeous fireplace as well as a 6-8 person hot tub. There is two separate living areas with large flat screen televisions. You can also enjoy this Lodge as two separate units between two family's vacationing together as there is a kitchen in the lower level as well as on the main level. It is also located on a private lot with beautiful views of the surrounding area.
