The house (air conditioned) is located in the World Tennis Center in Naples, only a few minutes from the Ritz Carlton Resort el Tiburon. In the tennis club you will find 16 tennis courts, 11 of which are sand courts, and swimming and whirl pools. The complex can be reached from the Ft. Myers airport in about 25 minutes, from Miami in about 2 hours. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds), a large living room with a large dining area that goes into the open kitchen with a cosy kitchen bar, 2 complete bathrooms, enough towels and bedsheets. The house is located by a natural lake. Washing machine and dryer are located in the house, along with other amenities (television, DVD radio internet (DSK) telephone, a/c, garage, etc.). The beach can be reached comfortably in an 8 minute drive.

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar ueber Ostern in Naples. Nach einem langen Flug waren wir froh in ein so sehr gepflegtes Haus zu kommen. Morgens fruehstueckten wir meistens auf der Terrasse. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es im Haus an nichts gefehlt hat und das es sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen ist. Da das Haus in einer sehr schoenen Anlage liegt, waren wir viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, haben Tennis gespielt, gejoggt und natuerlich auch am Pool gelegen. Unweit von der Anlage gibt es tolle Restaurants, wie z.B. Brio's (Toskanische Kueche) und DaRuMa (Japanisch, gekocht wird auf einer heissen Platte am Tisch), sowie super schicke Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten in Downtown Naples (Waterside Mall) und extrem preiswert in der Miramar Outlet Mall in Estero. Wir haben Ausfluege in die Everglades unternommen oder sind bis nach Miami gefahren, sind aber abends immer wieder zurueck in unser schoenes Domizil gefahren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

tolles Haus in sehr gepflegter Anlage

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus im Juni 2009 verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig:Große Zimmer und Badezimmer, komplett eingerichtete Küche, riesen Fernseher und WLan Netz im Haus.
Ein Auto vor Ort ist empfehlenswert.
Naples selber bietet sehr schöne Strände, prima Einkaufspassagen und eine schönen Innenstand.
Auf jeden Fall ist ein Besuch des Naples Piers zu empfehlen.

Vom Flughafen Fort Myers waren wir bereits innerhalb einer halben Stunde im Ferienhaus. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Wohnanlage mit großem Tennisclub. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgeführt, da es am Haus an nichts fehlte. Die zentrale Lage des Hauses ermöglichte es uns den Strand, Restaurants und Shopping Malls schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei und an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es eine unzählige Auswahl.

paradise can be so easy

I can only say, that this was a wonderful holiday-place. the pictures shown are absolutely what we found when we arrived. the quiet and cosy area around, including the sport- and pool facilities are looked after and one just enjoys being a part of the world-tennis-center developement.
Everything in the house worked, all electrics, the tv and aircondition, it was great not to have to call around and waste precious holidaytime for that.
the three bedrooms are all big enough and give enough storing space in the cuboard.
Everything was clean and we felt, that this place is cared for and looked after.
The holiday-agent was very kind and we felt comfortable with her, when she came round and called.
She gave us a few nice tipps, as to which part of the beach to go to, which restaurants are special- for example Tommy Bahamas and who wants a good burger, should eat at the Cheesecake Factory.
We spent wonderful 10 days in this house and felt at home after the first night.It is lovely and quiet, no disturbance from the neighbours, no traffic noise- just peace-We we very relaxed and very sad when our holiday was over. But we are looking forward to returning there this year.
The next big superarket Publix is just a short drive away and that was also very pleasent. One should always remember to take ones ID , if you want to buy alcohol...

I can only recommend this holiday-home. To us it wasn´t just a holiday-place, we felt at home and miss it.
