Our 44 m² Holiday Apartment sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom offers a comfortable double-bed and in the living room you will find a sleeper-couch to accommodate 2 people. You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, incl. dishwasher. In summer the pool on top of the roof invites you to cool off and enjoy some quality time. Relax on the lawn right beside the pool and enjoy the marvelous view over Vienna, especially in the evenings. In winter you can use the sauna right beside the apartment exclusively, for a small fee. You will also find Ping-pong facilities, Fitness Room, Playground and a Toddler Room in the apartment block. The famous “Kongresspark” (Congress Park) a local recreation area, is in walking distance, as well as reasonably priced restaurants, “Heurige” (typical Vienna restaurant for drinking wine), Supermarkets and Shops. Bus-, Tram- (Cable Car), and S-Bahn-Stops are in walking distance, too (about 6 min.).

The location is ideal. In the city, but close to the green areas in the West like Dornbach, Schafberg and Wilhelminenberg you can enjoy a quiet environment. The public transport is very well developed in this area. You can reach Schloss Schoenbrunn in a few minutes by car.

Ideal location: If you choose public transport or your own vehicle, the apartment is situated ideally for daily trips. Vienna’s public transport is perfectly developed. You can walk to the S-Bahn within 5 min. which will take you to downtown Vienna. By Tram (Cable Car) and Bus, also within walking distance, you can reach tourist attractions like Schloss Schoenbrunn, Rathausplatz (City Hall), and the Opera within 20 min. The Donauinsel (Island in the river Danube) with its famous restaurants and bars is less than 30 min. away by S-Bahn and U-Bahn. By car the famous Wienerwald is a 20 min. ride away and you can enjoy its beautiful walks and hikes. The biggest Shipping Center in Europe “Shopping City Sued” is within 20 min. by car.

“Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Wien reisen, dann werden wir sicher wieder bei Ihnen wohnen, bis dahin empfehle ich Sie weiter. Sie sollten online ebenfalls ein Gästebuch oder einen Bewertungsbogen einstellen, dann können Ihre Gäste Sie dort loben und Ihnen möglicherweise zu weiteren Buchungen verhelfen. Ich danke für die reibungslose Abwicklung und wünsche Ihnen viele schöne Stunden in Ihrem Appartement in Wien.” *** 'Auf Weihnachtstour haben wir alle Weihnachtsmärkte, vom Rathausplatz über Schönbrunn bis zum Spittelberg unsicher gemacht. Für unseren Kurzurlaub, indem wir Wien etwas näher kennenlernen wollten, haben wir mit dieser WG eine ideale Bleibe gefunden. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber/ der Pool eine Etage höher ist super gewesen/ die Tiefgarage war sehr bequem/ die komplette Abwicklung war unkompliziert/ die Lage ist top. So soll es sein!

Super gemütliche Wohnung zum Ausspannen

Wir fühlten uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl. Die Aussicht auf den Innenhof und den gegenüberliegenden Berg ließ uns vergessen, dass wir in einer Großstadt wohnten. Eine großstadt mit Herz und dieses herzliche Gefühl erlebten wir auch in der supergemütlichen Wohnung. Es fehlte von der Ausstattung her absolut an gar nichts. Einfach lobenswert. Wir werden sicher noch so manches Mal hier wohnen, wenn wir nach Wien kommen.
Noch ein Tipp:
Die Entfernung von der U-Bahn Station Ottakring bis zur Wohnung ist mit schätzungsweise 1 bis 1,5km nicht weit, aber mit Koffer etwas umständlich zu Fuß. Dann wäre es fast besser an der U-Bahn Station Ottakring für 1 Station in die S- Bahn umzusteigen und in Hernals auszusteigen. Von dort sind es keine 5 Minuten bis zur Wohnung.

Gute zentrale Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz gut gelegen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind wirklich auch ganz in der Nähe. Zum Stefansplatz ist es wenn man öffentlich fährt ca. eine Viertel Stunde entfernt. 2 ganz gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber auch für Kinder ist es optimal, weil es doch den innen Hof gibt und auch ein Spielzimmer zum Spielen. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, das man das "Schlafzimmer" nicht durch eine Türe trennen kann.
