Luxury 4 bedroom villa on the fabulous Aviana Resort. Newly decorated and furnished in a stylish and neutral theme. There is 2000 square feet of living space, with two luxurious sitting areas and two dining areas - great for two families, an extended family or a group of friends. Our private pool and spa has just been refurbished, and has a screened deck area for relaxing or outside dining. We offer free wireless internet and national calls. The garage houses a games room with air hockey table, table football and an electronic darts board. Aviana Resort is a secure gated community in a beautiful countryside setting. The fabulous resort facilities include a pool, spa, playground, volleyball court and putting green. The clubhouse offers a cyber cafe, fitness room and gathering room. The villa is very spacious, and ideal for two families sharing or an extended family. There are two living areas - a more formal room with living area and dining area and a casual family room with another sitting area and breakfast dining table. The villa has cable TV throughout and offers free national phone calls. There is a secure wireless network - just bring your laptop. We can provide a range of baby and toddler equipment - including crib, high chair, booster seat, playpen, bed guard and stroller. The double garage houses a games room with table football, air hockey and electronic darts.

Aviana Resort - a Tropical Paradise: Aviana Resort is situated on the 17-92, about three miles from the Interstate 4 amidst world class golf courses. The 6,500 square foot clubhouse has a fitness room, internet cafe and gathering room with large TV. The resort pool is zero entry, and so ideal for children. There is also a spa pool, sun loungers and veranda seating. A sand volleyball court is great for kids and grown-ups, and the playground is fabulous for small children.

I recently stayed at the villa with a group of 10 & 1 baby and everyone had a great time. The Villa is very spacious and is well equipped for young children, as it has a good sized pool and a well equipped games room. The location is ideal for the "park trekkers" as is about 10 minutes from all the attractions and very close to MCO airport. It is close to some local shops and takeaways.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Fantastic Christmas/New Years Getaway

Ann,

I just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing your villa with us. We arrived to an extremely clean, spacious and well decorated home. The villas description and photos is exactly what we found when we arrived. It was the perfect place not only to relax but to enjoy many of the attractions in the Orlando area. The hot tub and pool were enjoyed by all. The game room was a plus. We spent one afternoon at the Club House – played beach volleyball, swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub.

We could not have been more satisfied with our experience. From the initial booking through the end of our stay the homeowners were wonderful to work with. All in all our stay could not have been better. Book this villa you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time. The villa is spacious and well decorated. It was great having the large dining table for the 6 of us. Kylie (from our managament company)was great to work with before our arrival and while we were there. Ann we have already recommended your villa to a couple of families who are planning future trips to Orlando. Thanks again for letting us stay there.
