The apartment is situated in Puerto de Alcudia. It’s completely furnished with 3 bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x2 single beds), a big living room, 2 bathrooms (one connected), a bedroom and a kitchen. The flat is completly furnished with oven, ceran cooking plates and a Spanish coffee machine. The living room, as well as 2 sleeping rooms, have ceiling ventilator. In the living room you have a TV, stereo radio recorder and video recorder. The Balcony is reachable through the living room, Kitchen and the double sleeping room. The Balcony is about 25 m² large and from there you have a wonderful view over the mountains of Puerto the Alcudia, over the pool and over the sea. You also have 2 long chairs, where you can relax. The pool belongs to the apartment as well as the rest of the apartment with a separate children pool. Restaurants and shops are in the neighbourhood.

Leisure time: Not far away from the apartment you have water games (Hidropark) as well as a big playing place. It is not only for kids it is also for adults. Both are easy to reach also for the children. Two cart circuits are also reachable by foot.

Golf: The new Golf course in Alcanada will be open on the first of October 2003. It will possess 19 holes and is about 3 km away. Direction Pollensa there is a 9 holes Golffield. About 10 km away from the apartment.
