The place consists in addition of three mountain yards and five living/holiday houses and is because of the south slope above Fuldera on 1.700 m ue.d.M. Spend your vacation beyond by hectic and mass tourism in the idyllic mountain village Luesai in the fantastic mountain world of the Val Muestair (cathedral valley) - embedded between Engadin and Vinschgau. The cathedral Muenster in the canton grey federations forms the easternmost part of Switzerland. The alpine high valley extends on a length of approximately 18 km between the furnace passport and the Obervinschgau.

In a free standing, 140 square meter large, comfortable chalet with balcony on 1,000 square meter reason with garden inclusive brook stands for you two dwellings to the selection, which are rented also together. Dwelling 1 (approx. 100 square meter): Two bedrooms (4-6 beds), a living/dining-room, a large lounge (EEC), kitchen, 2 bathrooms & WC dwelling 2 = studio in the attic (approx. 40 square meter): A living/sleep area (2-3 beds) with kitchen line and additional Scandinavian wood furnace as well as a bath. The studio possesses its own separate entrance. The equipment of both dwellings covers Sat TV, radio and telephone, floor central heating, parquet or Terracotta and cembran pine wood furniture. Dwelling 1 has beyond that still: Video/DVD, tiled stove, chimney oven (EEC), washing machine and garage. The garden, grill, beach chairs, Sauna, table tennis plate and Mountain bike can be used by both dwellings..

Gut ausgestattes und angenehmes Ferienhaus mit privater Atmosphäre in schöner, ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Lage ist ideal für ausgiebige Wanderungen, entweder direkt vom Haus oder nach kürzerer Autoanfahrt in die nähere Umgebung des Nationalparks. Selbstverpflegung gut möglich, da sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den umliegenden Orten (mit Fahrzeug schnell erreichbar), Gasthäuser bzw. Hotelrestaurants aber auch nur mit Auto erreichbar.
Insgesamt empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil im Frühsommer für mehrere Tage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen zu einem angemessenen Preis.
