This lovely stone home with pool sits on a plateau, which dominates the hills outside of Pisa. The estate has a 300° view and adjoins the Santa Luce park, a real paradise for hikers and nature lovers. This is a working farm which produces high quality olive oil available for those who would like to take a taste of Italy home with them. The house offers accomodation for max. 31 people. Each apartment has it's own garden area with table and chairs, and free access to the common areas: open gallery with ping pong table, wood burning pizza oven and laundry room. There is plenty of open space around the house for relaxing and a play ground for the kids. When the owner is present, horse and carriage rides are available. There is a pool for the adults connected to the one for the children.

This ground floor apartment is made up of: kitchen/living area with dbl. sofa bed, and triple bedroom plus bath with shower. The front of the apartment faces seaward while the bedroom faces the park. Furnishings are all in good condition with the living/kitchen area in country style. During the recent restoration many architectural details were brought to light and preserved, such as beamed ceilings and brick arches. Each apartment has it's own private area, furnished with table and chairs, in the garden facing the sea.

Santa Luce is a small antique village that has maintained it's original appearance down through the centuries. In the town, you can find a trattoria/café and a small grocer. For any other needs Collesalvetti, which has a shopping center and highway access, is a 15 min. drive. The local farmers produce olive oil, wine and grains. The region is known for it's beautiful countryside and mild climate. The wooded park is perfect for hiking and in the autumn is full of mushrooms. The closest beach, Vada, is just 20 min. away by car. Lake Santa Luce is a nature reserve and therefore no bathing is allowed.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft! Wir konnten das Meer sehen, Livorno, Pisa (insbesondere bei Nacht), Olivenbäume und Wald. Die Landschaft ist so lieblich, so friedlich, einfach idyllisch.
Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, sehr sauber.
Wir würden useren Urlaub wieder dort verbringen und können dieses Domizil, besonders an Familien mit Kindern empfehlen..
