Wir waren mit drei Personen bisher 3 Mal für einen Kurzurlaub in diesem Haus. Es liegt sehr, sehr ruhig, in der Nähe von Bus und S-Bahn. In gut 25 min ist man in Berlins Mitte. Alles, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise lief super. Lage- und Hausbeschreibung sowie auch die Sauberkeit des Hauses sind super.Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank und auch im Wohnzimmer vermißt man nichts. Da wir immer in der Übergangszeit dort waren, konnten wir auch die Vorteile der Zentralheizung nutzen. Ich würde immer wieder gern dort Urlaub machen.

Ruhiges Quartier im Grünen

Wir haben genau das vorgefunden, was in der Ausschreibung stand und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtung gemütlich, so dass auch auch ein längerer Aufenthalt im Haus kein Problem ist. Die Vermieter selbst waren zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts verreist, so dass wir hier keine Angaben machen können. Die Abwicklung und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen jedoch problemlos. Wer mit einer Anfahrt von etwas über 30 Minuten zur Friedrichstraße und zum Potsdamer Platz kein Problem hat und ein absolut ruhiges Quartier sucht, ist hier sicher gut aufgehoben. Sollten wir wieder nach Berlin kommen, würden wir wieder hier Quartier nehmen.

Sehr gemütliches, uriges Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt von Berlin. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 5 Minuten Fußweg, dann mit der U Bahn weiter.Supermarkt für das nötige in kurzer Entfernung mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Wer sich Berlin ansehen möchte und trotzdem auch seine Ruhe haben möchte ist dort gut sehr gut aufgehoben. Pizzeria und Chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe.Durch den Wald ist man am See mit kleinem Badestrand.
Küche gut ausgestattet, schönes Bad.Gemütliche Sitzecke im Garten. Nette Vermieter, die auch Tipps geben.
Wir kommen wieder .
