Enjoy this sunny and bright two bedrooms apartment called Aquamarine, located just few minutes of walk to sandy beaches. Entirely renovated and furnished with care, it overlooks the sea through large windows. It is on second floor accessed via lift. It is of very high standard, architect designed and furnished with modern comforts. The lounge-dining room is an open-plan living area with pink wall lamps that give a nice ambiance. Windows decorated by large ivory and pink curtains are just in front of the sea. A comfortable damask sofa convertible in large bed (2 people) for your relax. On a rosy ivory ceramic floor there are a rectangular wooden draw-leaf table + 6 straw-bottomed chairs with comfortable cushions ideal for candle dinner. The new kitchen corner area is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electrical oven, fridge and freezer. It is ivory wooden with decorated knobs and halogen lamps.

It is located in a pleasant and peaceful location in the heart of San Remo. A car is not necessary as shops, restaurants, coffee bars and open air market are all at walking distance (less than 5 minutes walk). A lovely 10 minutes stroll takes you to the palms promenade and casino. Tennis courts, heated sea water indoor pool and horse riding are easily reachable in the surroundings. Every 5 minutes you can catch a bus that will bring you to the major towns (Ventimiglia, Taggia, Imperia, etc.)

Notes: The master bedroom is a quiet room with a queen size bed inspired by the blue of the sea, a picture on the wall and blue and ivory large curtains with two beautiful bows. The lamp on the ceiling seems like a shell recalling the colours of the sky. Wall wardrobes on both sides of the bed inspirating to scenes of sailing. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds with wooden wardrobe and sea pictures. A pannel curtain on the window gives a relaxing shade to the bedroom. The bathroom is new tiled with saumon coloured tiles and a large wall mirror with two lamps looking like daisies.

Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert, wir waren Ende Februar 2007 dort und haben uns sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, genügend Kleiderschränke, eine komplett ausgestattete geräumige Wohnküche mit Esstisch, Waschmaschine, Sofa und Fernseher und ein Bad mit Dusche. Das Appartement hat Meerblick, ist ruhig, direkt nebenan ist ein großer Supermarkt und man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten mitten im Zentrum, am kann aber auch den Bus vor der Haustür nehmen. Clara von der Vermittlung ist sehr nett, zuverlässig und gut organisiert. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, bei Bedarf kann man direkt am Haus einen Parkplatz anmieten.
